Site Initiation and Management |

The CRAs role in working with study site staff is evolving from being data inspectors to managing site performance. The evolving new role requires new skills and tools that will enable CRAs to establish metrics and track site performance remotely. To achieve this evolving relationship, Pharmica Consultants can implement a powerful web-based site management and training tool called Firecrest Clinical to improve the understanding of the content of the protocol, ensure site compliance, decrease the time a CRA spends maintaining sites, improve the accuracy of data, improve performance of sites, and improve cycle times. |
